The Story
With over 20 years of repair experience, my journey began in apartment maintenance, where I honed my skills in quality troubleshooting and learned about home appliances, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. In 2004, I joined Whirlpool as an appliance repair tech, expanding my knowledge and customer service skills. When our division was phased out, I transitioned to a reputable repair company and was selected to service high-profile clients, including the CEO of Whirlpool. I eventually became a supervisor, hiring and training technicians, managing special projects, and providing customer and technical support.
In October 2023, I made the difficult decision to leave a company that had grown from a 4-tech operation in two states to over 100 techs in seven states. I launched Technicos to offer professional, personable service to the region. I bring a wealth of knowledge, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a commitment to doing the job right.
